The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor features 6" high side rails and is shipped complete with controls, making it a versatile solution for handling various products throughout your facility, ideal for assembly, sorting, and inspection processes. The conveyor is equipped with a 3-1/2" D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed and a black friction surface PVC belt. Permanent adjustable leg supports allow for height adjustments between 34" and 38", while a standard belt speed of 60 FPM is provided by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, which comes with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. The conveyor includes quality features such as crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers, all supported by pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are available upon request, while an optional variable speed motor with a range of 12-60 FPM can be added for greater flexibility, as well as an optional horsepower upgrade to increase capacity. The load capacity, uniformly distributed over length is as follows: for a 12" wide belt, the standard 1/2 HP motor supports 250 lbs, the optional 3/4 HP motor supports 500 lbs, and the optional 1 HP motor is available; for a 20"-24" wide belt, the standard 1/2 HP motor supports 160 lbs, the optional 3/4 HP motor supports 390 lbs, and the optional 1 HP motor is also available.
