The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor is designed with 6" high side rails, shipped complete with controls, making it a versatile solution for handling various products within your facility. It is particularly suited for applications in assembly, sorting, and inspection. The conveyor features 6"H side rails that prevent cargo from falling during movement, and a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed equipped with a black friction surface PVC belt. For added convenience, it comes with permanent adjustable leg supports that can be modified from 34" to 38" in height. The standard belt operates at a speed of 60 feet per minute (FPM) and is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, which includes an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for ease of use at 115V. Key features encompass crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, 1.9" diameter return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Options available include a reversible conveyor and replacement parts, along with an optional variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) for added flexibility and horsepower upgrades to enhance capacity. The load capacity varies based on the belt width, with the 12"W belt supporting a maximum of 250 lbs. (1/2 HP standard), 500 lbs. (3/4 HP optional), and the 20"-24"W belts supporting up to 160 lbs. (1/2 HP standard) and 390 lbs. (3/4 HP optional).
