The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor is shipped complete with controls and is designed for handling a variety of products throughout your facility, making it ideal for assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. The conveyor features a 3-1/2" D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt. It includes permanent adjustable leg supports that can be adjusted from 34" to 38" in height for added convenience. The standard belt speed is 60 FPM and it operates with a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, which comes with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, 1.9" diameter return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Optional upgrades include a variable speed motor (12-60 FPM) for greater flexibility and horsepower increases to enhance capacity. The load capacity is 250 lbs. uniformly distributed over the length for the standard 12" wide belt, with options for 20" and 24" wide belts allowing capacities of 160 lbs. and 390 lbs., respectively. The 3/4 HP upgrade allows for a 500 lb. capacity on the 20" and 24" wide belts, and a 1 HP upgrade allows for a capacity of 740 lbs.
