The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor features 6" high side rails and includes controls, providing a versatile solution for handling a variety of products throughout your facility. This conveyor is ideal for applications such as assembly, sorting, and inspection. The unit includes 6"H side rails designed to prevent cargo from falling during movement, and its construction features a 3-1/2"D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt. The conveyor is equipped with permanent adjustable leg supports that allow height adjustment from 34" to 38"H for added convenience. It operates at a standard speed of 60 feet per minute (FPM) with a non-reversing belt. The power system consists of a totally enclosed 1/2 HP motor suitable for 115/230V, 60 Hz single phase, accompanied by an 8-foot power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers, all utilizing pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts can be obtained upon request, and there are optional upgrades available for a variable speed motor ranging from 12 to 60 FPM and horsepower enhancements to increase capacity. The load capacity is specified as uniformly distributed over length, with standard horsepower rated for a 12"W belt at 250 lbs and for a 20"-24"W belt at 160 lbs; optional configurations include 3/4 HP for 500 lbs on a 12"W belt and 390 lbs on a 20"-24"W belt, as well as an optional 1 HP upgrade.
