The Omni Metalcraft Power Belt Conveyor features 6" high side rails and is shipped complete with controls, making it an ideal solution for handling a variety of products in assembly, sorting, and inspection applications. The conveyor includes 6" high side rails to prevent cargo from falling during movement, a 3-1/2" deep x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt, and permanent adjustable leg supports that can be adjusted from 34" to 38" in height. It operates at a standard belt speed of 60 feet per minute (FPM) and is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, complete with an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, and 1.9" diameter return rollers, supported by pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Load capacities depend on belt width, with a maximum of 250 lbs. for the 12" wide belt and 160 lbs. for the 20" - 24" wide belt at the standard 1/2 HP motor; optional upgrades include a 3/4 HP motor with a capacity of 500 lbs. for the 12" wide and 390 lbs. for the 20" - 24" wide belts, and a 1 HP motor. Optional variable speed motor upgrades (12-60 FPM) are available for enhanced flexibility.
