The Omni Metalcraft power belt conveyor is shipped complete with controls, providing a versatile solution for handling various products throughout your facility, making it ideal for assembly, sorting, and inspection tasks. The conveyor features a 3-1/2" D x 12 gauge galvanized steel slider bed with a black friction surface PVC belt and comes equipped with permanent adjustable leg supports that can adjust from 34" to 38" H for user convenience. It operates at a standard speed of 60 FPM with a non-reversing belt and is powered by a totally enclosed 1/2 HP, 115/230V, 60 Hz single-phase motor, which includes an 8 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use. Key features include crowned and fully lagged 4" drive and tail pulleys with 1-3/16" diameter shafts, a 2-1/2" diameter snub roller, 1.9" diameter return rollers, and pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings. Reversible conveyors and replacement parts are available; customers can call for further information. An optional variable speed motor upgrade (12-60 FPM) is available for added flexibility, along with an optional horsepower upgrade to increase capacity. The load capacities are as follows: for a 12"W belt, the standard 1/2 HP can handle 250 lbs uniformly distributed, while the optional 3/4 HP can manage 500 lbs and the optional 1 HP can support 740 lbs. For a 20" - 24"W belt, the standard 1/2 HP supports 160 lbs, the optional 3/4 HP can carry 390 lbs, and the optional 1 HP can accommodate 540 lbs.
