Constructed with aluminum framing featuring a black powder coat finish, these shelters include clear, break-resistant acrylic side panels and stainless steel feet that resist corrosion and rust. The UV protected fiberglass roof offers 6'6" of headroom, while the open front panel on the right side allows for easy access. With an overall height of 98", these free-standing smoking shelters feature a back wall for four-sided coverage and are designed in a modular format that simplifies construction, typically taking 4-6 hours for two people to assemble. The frame is made from lightweight, hard-wearing, rust-proof aluminum, utilizing a 1-1/2" square tube construction with acid-etched and polyester epoxy powder coating for enhanced durability. The robust 1/4" thick cast acrylic glazing is UV-coated and comes with a 10-year color-fast guarantee. The roof is made from glass fiber reinforced polyester resin, providing strength in snow and shade in sunlight, and features an integral gutter along its length. Each shelter is completely freestanding, requiring a solid base for fixing but no wall-fixing for stability, and is available in seven sizes with full assembly instructions provided upon delivery flat-packed on a pallet. Note that due to Florida building code, shelters sold in Florida must withstand wind loads of 130 mph to 180 mph, and additional engineering services may be required at an extra cost.
