The super strong 4-sided smoking shelter features a robust yet lightweight black steel frame with a clear curved roof and clear half side panels, designed to create a designated freestanding smoking area for your premises. It is easy to assemble through simple bolting, complies with smoking ban legislation, and is constructed with a mild steel frame utilizing tube size 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and finished with proxy/polyester powder coating for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and made of 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate, offering high impact resistance and UV protection. Pre-glazed mild steel side panels are attached with surface fixing rivets and feature 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing, also with a UV protective coating. This product includes a 10-year warranty against discoloration of the roof and side panels, and it requires a solid, level base for fixing. After base preparation, assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workpeople, and all necessary mounting fixings are supplied. The shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with full assembly instructions. In Florida, note that the wind-load requirement ranges from 130 mph to 180 mph, necessitating site-specific engineering services and calculations for building code compliance at an additional cost if required.
