The Super Strong Open Front Smoking Shelter features a tough yet light black steel frame complemented by a clear curved roof and clear side panels, designed to create a designated freestanding smoking area. This outdoor smoking shelter complies with smoking ban legislation and is constructed with a mild steel frame, utilizing tube dimensions of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32". The tubes undergo shot blasting, zinc coating, and are finished with a proxy/polyester powder coat for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and is made from 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate, ensuring strong, durable construction with high impact resistance and UV protective coating. The mild steel side panels come pre-glazed, utilizing 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing, also with UV protection. This shelter carries a 10-year warranty against discoloration on both the roof and side panels. It requires a solid, level base for installation, and assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workpeople, with all mounting fixings included. The product is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with full assembly instructions. Please note that due to Florida building code, wind-load requirements range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters cannot be sold in Florida; any shelter sold to Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost.
