The No Butts 4-Sided Smoking Shelter SR1564-F-BLK is a robust freestanding structure designed for outdoor smoking areas, measuring 17'2"W x 7'D x 7'11"H. It features a durable black steel frame and an aluminum composite roof, ensuring high impact resistance and UV protection. This smoking shelter is easy to assemble, requiring only bolting together, and complies with smoking ban legislation. The mild steel frame consists of tube sizes 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which are shot blasted, zinc-coated, and finished with a proxy/polyester powder coat for enhanced durability. The curved roof is supported by mild steel beams, while the side panels are pre-glazed with 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing, also featuring UV protection. The shelter includes a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels. Assembly requires a solid, level base and typically takes 4 - 6 hours for two qualified workers, with all mounting fixings provided. The shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet complete with full assembly instructions. Note that due to Florida building code requirements, the wind-load capacity is between 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters cannot be sold in Florida without additional engineering services for compliance.
