The No Butts Open Front Smoking Shelter SR1588-F-BLK is a freestanding structure measuring 13'9"W x 7'D x 7'11"H, featuring a super strong 4-sided smoking shelter with a lightweight black steel frame and an aluminum composite roof. Designed for durability, the shelter includes clear side panels and is easy to assemble by simply bolting the components together. It creates a designated smoking area compliant with smoking ban legislation. The mild steel frame consists of tubes measuring 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", shot blasted, zinc coated, and powder coated for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams while the side panels are pre-glazed with 3/16" polycarbonate glazing that has a UV protective coating. The product comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels. Proper assembly requires a solid, level base, and typically takes 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workers, with all mounting fixings included. The shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with comprehensive assembly instructions. Note that due to Florida building codes, the wind-load requirements in the state range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and engineering services for compliance can be provided at an additional cost if required.
