The Omni Metalcraft powered belt curve conveyor is designed to transport products of various sizes and shapes while maintaining proper product orientation. It features a durable black PVC belt suitable for light-duty package handling as well as rough, abrasive environments. The conveyor is built on a robust 10 gauge rolled, welded, and painted steel frame and slider bed. It has a standard conveying speed of 60 (5) FPM, measured at the centerline radius, and includes permanent leg supports adjustable for a conveying surface height of 34" to 38". The system is equipped with tapered and lagged drive and tail pulleys, sealed and pre-lubricated mounted bearings, and a totally enclosed 115/230V, 60Hz single-phase motor. The motor comes with a 10 ft. power cord and an on/off switch for 115V use, with the drive motor located at the discharge (exit) end to pull product through the curve. An optional variable speed motor is available, offering speeds ranging from 12 to 60 (5) FPM. Additional options include various outside radii, belt widths, and voltages. This model is designed for a right-hand (clockwise) curve, with a left-hand (counter-clockwise) curve option available using the curve suffix (L).
