SC Preferred® by SC Preferred reception stations are designed for strength, functionality, and convenience, ideal for reception rooms and security areas. The reception counters and work surfaces are made using 1" thick scratch-resistant laminate, with a 12" deep reception counter providing a convenient writing surface for guests and visitors while maintaining personnel privacy. Desktops include 2-3/16" diameter cable management grommet openings. The desk framing is constructed of black finished steel for lasting strength. Reception station panels consist of SC Preferred® partitions that help reduce noise and create privacy. These flame-retardant panels meet the California 117 flammability standard, feature 1-3/4" thick fabric upholstery, and have an interior engineered wood (MDF) frame with a honeycomb core covered by a heavy tackable liner for structural strength and support. Panel trim is finished with self-extinguishing extruded polymer for optimum safety and rigidity. The station includes adjustable leveling feet suitable for uneven surfaces. The L-shaped reception station contains a 36" corner desk and two 36" wide by 24" deep returns. Desks accept installation of optional storage options (sold separately) such as pedestal files, keyboard drawers, and mouse trays. The product offers easy assembly and comes with a one-year limited warranty.
