The Bluff® steel forklift yard ramp is designed for efficient loading and unloading of freight without the need for dock bays, providing seamless access for forklifts and pallet trucks. This all-welded, heavy-duty ramp features formed steel cross members and side girders for a robust frame, along with a beveled diamond plate steel approach for a smooth transition. The open serrated steel grating surface offers excellent traction while minimizing dirt, rain, and snow accumulation. The ramp is equipped with a double-action hydraulic lift pump and 18" diameter solid rubber wheels for easy maneuverability. Safety locking chains ensure secure attachment to docks or trailers, and 8"H curbs help maintain vehicle alignment on the ramp. With an overall length of 36', the ramp includes a 6' long level-off zone at the top for safe access from dock to ground or truck to ground. The tow bar style design allows for quick hook-ups and easy towing over long distances. Bluff® also provides solid steel deck approach plates at both ends for a smooth transition and longevity of use. Several capacities and sizes are available upon inquiry.
