The Bluff® steel forklift yard ramp is designed to provide easy access for forklifts or pallet trucks to freight in minutes, eliminating the need for dock bays. This yard ramp facilitates loading and unloading from ground to truck and from dock level to ground. It features an all-welded, heavy-duty frame constructed from formed steel cross members and side girders, ensuring durability. The beveled diamond plate steel approach creates a smooth transition, while the open serrated steel grating ramp surface enhances traction and minimizes dirt, rain, and snow accumulation. The ramp is equipped with a double-action hydraulic lift pump and 18" diameter solid rubber wheels for quick movement and positioning. Safety is prioritized with locking chains that secure the ramp to the dock or trailer, and 8"H curbs are included to prevent trucks and forklifts from going off the ramp. The 36'L ramps feature a 6'L level-off zone at the top for safe access. Additionally, the ramp includes clamp-style forklift tine insertion points for easy relocation over short distances. Bluff® also offers solid steel deck approach plates at both ends to provide a smooth transition and enhance the ramp's longevity.
