The Interlake Mecalux Pallet Rack Tear Drop Starter measures 120"W x 48"D x 96"H and is designed to provide versatility in warehouses with a wide range of product types. This pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The pallet rack's upright frames and beams are made from high-strength steel, featuring tear drop perforations for shelf adjustment in 2" increments. The frames are coated with a durable green powder finish, and the standard pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that automatically seats and locks, ensuring protection against accidental displacement, while the damage and tamper-proof locking system enhances security and maximizes total capacity. The 1-5/8" step in the beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories. The system allows for easy extension with add-on units and offers simple assembly. It is also interchangeable with brands such as Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. Capacity is based on 36" beam shelf spacing, and the starter units are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI) certified.
