The Interlake Mecalux pallet rack tear drop starter measures 96"W x 36"D x 120"H and is designed for maximum versatility in warehouses accommodating various product types. This pre-configured unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels, both constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials. The upright frames feature tear drop perforations that allow for shelf adjustments in 2" increments and come with a green powder coat finish for durability. The system incorporates standard pre-punched footplates for straightforward anchoring and orange pallet rack beams with a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that locks automatically, enhancing safety by preventing accidental beam displacement. This damage and tamper-proof locking system ensures a secure connection while maximizing capacity. Additionally, the 1-5/8" step within the beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, with the option to extend the system using add-on units. This pallet rack starter is compatible with other brands such as Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. The units are also Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc (RMI) certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
