The Interlake Mecalux pallet rack tear drop add-on measures 120"W x 42"D x 120"H and includes one upright frame and two beam shelf levels, providing versatility for warehouses with diverse product types. Constructed from high-strength steel and quality raw materials, the pallet rack features tear drop perforations on the upright column for shelf adjustment in 2" increments. The upright frames are coated with a durable green powder finish, while the orange pallet rack beams incorporate a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that locks automatically to prevent accidental displacement. The damage and tamper-proof locking system ensures a secure connection, enhancing overall capacity. The 1-5/8" step within the beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, and the system allows for easy assembly. The add-on unit is also compatible with various brands including Global, Wireway/Husky, Unarco, Steel King, USP, Speed Rack, and Invincible. These welded pallet rack tear drop add-on units comply with Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI) certification standards.
