SC Preferred® by SC Preferred reception stations with windows are designed for strength, functionality, and convenience, suitable for reception rooms and security areas. The reception counters and work surfaces are constructed from 1" thick scratch-resistant laminate, with a 12" deep reception counter that provides a convenient writing surface for guests and visitors while maintaining personnel privacy. Desktops include 2-3/16" diameter cable management grommet openings. The desk framing is made of black finished steel for lasting strength. Reception station panels consist of SC Preferred® partitions that help reduce noise and create privacy, featuring a 5mm thick translucent polycarbonate window that allows light in while maintaining privacy, adding an elegant and upscale look. Panels are flame retardant to meet the California 117 flammability standard and are 1-3/4" thick with fabric upholstery over an interior engineered wood (MDF) frame and honeycomb core, covered with a heavy tackable liner for structural strength and support. Panel trim is finished with self-extinguishing extruded polymer for safety and rigidity. The unit includes adjustable leveling feet for uneven surfaces. The U-shaped reception station includes a 72"W desk, which accepts installation of optional storage options sold separately, including pedestal file, keyboard drawer, and mouse tray. Assembly is easy, and the product comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
