The Lift-All® cargo control load binder with Delta ring end fittings is designed to quickly and safely secure loads for handling and transportation. Featuring a spring-loaded ratchet buckle, it allows for fast tensioning and easy release of webbing. To take up slack, simply pull the webbing through the roller and operate the buckle handle back and forth until the webbing is properly tensioned before closing the handle. For one-handed release, disengage the positive locking safety latch and rotate the handle over center. The kit includes rugged, 2'' wide low-stretch polyester webbing, which is built to withstand tough jobs, with a working load limit of 1600 lbs. and an ultimate load strength of 5000 lbs. This load binder meets military and commercial specifications and is rated to comply with D.O.T., C.H.P., and C.U.S.A. Other lengths are available upon request.
