Lift-All® cargo control load binder with "E" type end fittings is designed to quickly and safely secure loads for handling and transporting. The spring-loaded ratchet buckle allows for fast tensioning and easy release by simply pulling the webbing through the roller to take up slack. The buckle handle can be operated back and forth until the webbing is properly tensioned, followed by closing the handle. It features a one-handed release mechanism that disengages a positive locking safety latch and rotates the handle over center. The rugged, 2" wide low-stretch polyester webbing is built to withstand tough jobs, with a working load limit of 1000 lbs. and an ultimate load strength of 3000 lbs. This product meets military and commercial specifications and is rated to comply with D.O.T., C.H.P., and C.U.S.A. Additional lengths are available upon request.
