The Lift-All® cargo control load binder with "E" type end fittings is designed for quickly and safely securing loads during handling and transportation. It features a spring-loaded ratchet buckle for fast tensioning and easy release, allowing users to pull the webbing through a roller to take up slack. The user operates the buckle handle back and forth to achieve the desired tension and then closes the handle. For one-handed release, simply disengage the positive locking safety latch and rotate the handle over center. The rugged, 2" wide low-stretch polyester webbing is built to endure tough jobs, with a working load limit of 1000 lbs. and an ultimate load strength of 3000 lbs. This product meets military and commercial specifications and is rated for compliance with D.O.T., C.H.P., and C.U.S.A. Other lengths are available upon request.
