The Lift-All® Cargo Control Load Binder with Wire U-Hook End Fittings is designed to quickly and safely secure loads for handling and transporting. It features a spring-loaded ratchet buckle for fast tensioning and easy release, allowing users to pull webbing through the roller to take up slack. To tension the webbing properly, simply operate the buckle handle back and forth, then close the handle. The product includes a one-handed release mechanism that disengages the positive locking safety latch and rotates the handle over center. Constructed with rugged, 2" wide low-stretch polyester webbing, this load binder is built to withstand challenging jobs, with a working load limit of 1600 lbs. and an ultimate load strength of 5000 lbs. It meets military and commercial specifications and is rated to comply with D.O.T., C.H.P. and C.U.S.A. Other lengths are available upon request.
