The Lift-All® Endless Style Cargo Control Load Binder is designed to quickly and safely secure loads for handling and transporting, featuring a spring-loaded ratchet buckle that allows for fast tensioning and easy release. The operation involves pulling the webbing through a roller to take up slack, then using the buckle handle back and forth until the webbing is properly tensioned before closing the handle. For one-handed release, simply disengage the positive locking safety latch and rotate the handle over center. Constructed with rugged, 2" wide low-stretch polyester webbing, it is capable of withstanding tough job conditions, with a working load limit of 1000 lbs. and an ultimate load strength of 3000 lbs. This load binder meets military and commercial specifications and is rated to comply with D.O.T., C.H.P., and C.U.S.A. Other lengths are available upon request.
