Lift-All® cargo control load binder with flat hook end fittings is designed to quickly and safely secure loads for handling and transporting. The kit includes a spring-loaded ratchet buckle that allows for fast tensioning and easy release, enabling users to pull webbing through a roller to take up slack. The buckle operates by moving the handle back and forth until the webbing is properly tensioned, followed by closing the handle. Featuring a one-handed release mechanism, the load binder allows for disengaging the positive locking safety latch and rotating the handle over center. Constructed from rugged, 2'' wide low-stretch polyester webbing, it is built to withstand tough jobs with a working load limit of 1600 lbs and an ultimate load strength of 5000 lbs. This product meets military and commercial specifications and is rated to comply with D.O.T., C.H.P., and C.U.S.A. Additional lengths are available upon request.
