The Bluff® EZ-Pull Edge of Dock Leveler is designed for efficient one-man operation, significantly reducing the risk of back strain. This system features a spring lift mechanism that allows easy positioning by lifting and pulling the self-storing handle to the dock floor. The latch assembly engages the leveler lip, bringing it forward to the trailer floor as the handle is lifted, and it automatically returns to a stored position once the truck departs. Each unit comes equipped with twin bumpers measuring 12" x 10", extending 16" from the dock face. The dock leveler can accommodate trucks that are 5" lower or higher than the dock, with an optimal dock height of 51"H for conventional trailers. It includes a robust 3/8" thick steel safety plate and heavy-duty hinges, ensuring durability and longevity. Optional features include steel-faced bumpers and hydraulic lift assist, available upon request.
