The Bluff® EZ-Pull edge of dock leveler spring lift system is engineered for one-man operation, effectively eliminating back strain during use. This dock leveler is fast and easy to operate, utilizing a self-storing handle that is lifted and pulled to position the leveler to the dock floor. The latch assembly activates the leveler lip forward to meet the floor of the trailer as the handle is lifted, and upon release, the handle automatically returns to the stored position when the truck departs. Each unit includes twin 12" x 10" bumpers that extend 16" from the dock face and is designed to accommodate trucks that are 5" lower or higher than the dock, with the recommended dock height for refrigerated trucks being 55"H. The unit features a durable 3/8" thick steel safety plate and heavy-duty hinges, ensuring long-lasting service. Optional features include steel-faced bumpers and hydraulic lift assist. The product is compliant with relevant safety and performance standards, providing reliable operation in various loading dock environments.
