The Bluff® EZ-Pull edge of dock leveler spring lift system is designed for one-man operation to minimize back strain while providing fast and easy functionality. The leveler is operated by lifting and pulling the self-storing handle to position it at the dock floor. The latch assembly engages the leveler lip to extend forward to the trailer floor as the handle is lifted, and it automatically returns to the stored position when the truck departs. Each unit includes twin 12" x 10" bumpers that extend 16" from the dock face and accommodates trucks that are 5" lower or higher than the dock, with an optimal height of 55" for refrigerated trucks. Constructed with a durable 3/8" thick steel safety plate and heavy-duty hinges, the system is designed for longevity. Optional features include steel faced bumpers and hydraulic lift assist, available upon request.
