The Bluff® gas cylinder pallet ramp plate facilitates the safe and efficient movement of industrial, medical, and specialty gas cylinders on and off pallets. Designed for use with steel pallets in the gas cylinder distribution process, this unique plate ensures a smooth transition for maneuvering both filled and depleted cylinders, thereby minimizing damage and reducing the risk of employee injury. Constructed from 3/8" thick aluminum diamond plate, it is robust enough to support heavy cylinders while remaining lightweight for ease of handling. Each plate is stamped with ANSI code and weight capacity information on the back, although it is not suitable for powered vehicles. The plate, which includes 4"H run-off curbs on both sides for improved cylinder control, has a total height of 9"H and features an 11" entry lip for seamless accessibility. Additionally, the design incorporates hand-hole cutouts on the curbs for convenient portability and bolt-on safety legs for enhanced stability.
