The Bluff® steel forklift yard ramp provides easy forklift or pallet truck access to freight in minutes, eliminating the need for dock bays. This all-welded ramp features heavy-duty formed steel cross members and side girders that create a robust frame. The beveled diamond plate steel approach ensures a smooth transition, while the open serrated steel grating ramp surface offers superior traction and minimizes dirt, rain, and snow buildup. Equipped with a double-action hydraulic lift pump and 18" diameter solid rubber wheels, this ramp can be quickly moved and positioned. Safety locking chains secure the ramp to the dock or trailer, and the 8"H curbs help keep trucks and forklifts on the ramp. Measuring 36'L, this ramp includes a 6'L level-off zone at the top for safe dock-to-ground or truck-to-ground access. The ramp features clamp style design with integral forklift tine insertion points for easy movement over short distances. Additionally, Bluff® provides solid steel deck approach plates at both ends for a smooth transition and enhanced durability, distinguishing it from competitors' units that may use open grating, which can lead to bearing bar failure.
