3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Clean and Finish Roll measures 4 inches by 10 yards and features Aluminum Oxide VFN grit. This roll delivers consistent results for finishing, blending, polishing, and cleaning on various substrates including metals, wood, and plastics, as well as in hard-to-reach areas. The roll stock can be easily cut to any desired length, providing flexible application. It ensures consistent surface conditioning throughout its lifespan, with load resistance that keeps abrasive particles exposed for a steady cut rate. The general-purpose pad can be cut for hand use, allowing for precise control, while wider stock can be paired with a hand pad holder for uniform finishing or used on an inline or oscillating sander for larger areas. Available in options of silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, or talc abrasive minerals, each contributes distinct characteristics: silicon carbide is sharp and suited for low-pressure applications, aluminum oxide offers high cut-rate and longevity, and talc provides the ability to achieve a satin finish or high gloss in topcoat rubbing applications.
