The Iko shell type needle roller bearing, part# BA2010ZOH, features a 1-1/4 inch bore, 1-1/2 inch outer diameter, and a width of .625 inches. This bearing design, often referred to as a drawn cup, encompasses an outer ring constructed from accurately drawn thin special steel plate, needle rollers, and may include a retainer. Notably, shell type needle roller bearings have the smallest sectional height and weight among needle roller bearings, while also providing relatively high load ratings. The needle roller bearing with a retainer is suitable for high-speed applications as the retainer and thrust ring precisely guide the rollers. These bearings do not come pre-packed with lubricant; proper lubrication is required during use.
