The IKO machined type needle roller bearing features a solid outer ring, rollers, and a retainer, designed without an inner ring. These bearings are characterized by their low sectional height and large load ratings, and they are available with or without seals. Prepacked lubricant is not included, except for double sealed bearings identified by the suffix UU, for which proper lubricant must be applied during use. The machined type needle roller bearings are typically utilized with shafts that do not have inner rings, with a recommended shaft surface finish of 0.2MRA or less and a hardness between HRC 58 to 64. In scenarios where these specifications cannot be met, the use of IKO inner rings is advised.
