Iko machined type needle roller bearings (RNAF & RNAFW) consist of an outer ring, inner ring, and separable cage, while being offered without an inner ring. They are available in single row (RNAF) and double row (RNAFW) configurations, both featuring the same sectional heights. These bearings are designed for mass-production high accuracy products in applications such as machine tools, textile machineries, and printing machines. Since the bearings are not prepacked with lubricant, proper lubrication must be applied during use. Machined type needle roller bearings are typically used with shafts that do not have inner rings, with a recommended shaft surface finish of 0.2MRA or less and a hardness of HRC 58 to 64. If these conditions cannot be fulfilled, the use of Iko inner rings is suggested.
