Iko machined type needle roller bearing consists of a solid outer ring, rollers, and retainer, without an inner ring. These bearings feature low sectional height, large load ratings, and a right-handed configuration, with most options available in both sealed and unsealed versions. Prepacked lubricant is not included except for double sealed bearings (suffix UU), and proper lubricant must be applied during use. Machined type needle roller bearings are typically utilized with shafts that do not have inner rings, with a recommended shaft surface finish of 0.2MRA or less and a hardness of HRC 58 to 64. If these specific conditions cannot be met, the use of Iko inner rings is advised.
