Iko Shell Type Needle Roller Bearing, part# BA1212ZOH, features a 3/4 inch bore, 1 inch outer diameter, and a .750 inch width. This type of bearing, often referred to as a drawn cup, is constructed from a precisely drawn thin special steel plate and includes needle rollers either with or without a retainer. Notably, shell type needle roller bearings have the smallest sectional height and weight among needle roller bearings, offering relatively high load ratings. The version with a retainer is suitable for high-speed applications due to the retainer and thrust ring that guide the rollers effectively. It is important to note that these bearings do not come pre-packed with lubricant; proper lubrication must be applied during use.
