The Blue Giant® BGDSF is designed to create a tight, energy-efficient seal that enhances cleanliness and safety in the loading dock area during cargo handling. It features a projection of 20", and is constructed from 40 oz. hi-tear vinyl base fabric. The kit includes a single head pad with dimensions of 10' wide x 20" projection x 12" high, a waterproof wraparound design with a vapor barrier, compression release holes, condensation draining vents, and 99% memory foam, along with galvanized mounting hardware. Manufacturer-installed options are available, including an 18" high head pad to seal trailers up to 13.5' high, 4", 8", or 16" wear flaps tailored to site requirements, a 12" PVC drop curtain for improved sealing of lower trailers, and pressure-treated lumber.
