The Blue Giant® Fixed Head Pad Seal DS-D100V-40-20-C is designed to fit an 8' x 9' door with a 20" projection and a 12" header drop curtain, providing a tight, energy-efficient seal that maintains a clean and safe loading dock area during cargo handling. This kit includes a 40 oz. hi-tear vinyl base fabric, a single head pad measuring 10' wide x 10" projection x 12" high, a waterproof wraparound design featuring a vapor barrier, compression release holes, condensation draining vents, 99% memory foam, and galvanized mounting hardware. Options available for manufacturer installation include an 18" high head pad for sealing trailers up to 13.5' high, 4", 8", or 16" wear flaps tailored to site requirements, a 12" PVC drop curtain for enhanced sealing on lower trailers, and pressure-treated lumber.
