The Blue Giant® BGDSF creates a tight, energy-efficient seal that keeps the loading dock area clean and safe while cargo handling takes place and is recommended when full access to the back of the trailer is not required. It features a 12" projection and is constructed from 40 oz. hi-tear vinyl base fabric. The kit includes a single head pad with dimensions of 10' wide x 12" projection x 12" high, a waterproof wraparound design with a vapor barrier, compression release holes, and condensation draining vents, as well as 99% memory foam and galvanized mounting hardware. Manufacturer-installed options available upon request include an 18" high head pad to seal trailers up to 13.5' high, wear flaps in 4", 8", or 16" to suit site requirements, a 12" PVC drop curtain for a more effective seal for lower trailers, and pressure-treated lumber.
