The Blue Giant® BGDSF is designed to create a tight, energy-efficient seal that maintains cleanliness and safety in the loading dock area during cargo handling, making it an ideal choice when full access to the back of the trailer is unnecessary. The unit features a 10" projection, a 40 oz. hi-tear vinyl base fabric, and a single head pad with dimensions of 10' wide x 10" projection x 12" high. It includes a waterproof wraparound design with a vapor barrier, compression release holes, and condensation draining vents, along with 99% memory foam and galvanized mounting hardware. Manufacturer-installed options include an 18" high head pad for sealing trailers up to 13.5' high, wear flaps available in 4", 8", or 16" to meet specific site requirements, a 12" PVC drop curtain for sealing lower trailers effectively, and pressure-treated lumber.
