The Blue Giant® Fixed Head Pad Seal DS-D100V-40-12-C is designed to fit an 8' x 9' door with a 12" projection and features a 12" header drop curtain. This product includes a 12" projection, 40 oz. hi-tear vinyl base fabric, a single head pad with dimensions of 10' wide x 10" projection x 12" high, and a waterproof wraparound design with a vapor barrier. The seal incorporates compression release holes and condensation draining vents, utilizing 99% memory foam for optimal performance. Additionally, galvanized mounting hardware is included. Manufacturer-installed options available upon request include an 18" high head pad to seal trailers up to 13.5' high, wear flaps in sizes of 4", 8", or 16" to meet site requirements, a 12" PVC drop curtain for a more effective seal on lower trailers, and pressure-treated lumber.
