The Iko Needle Roller Cage Assembly features an 18mm bore, 22mm outer diameter, and a width of 10mm, constructed from a steel cage material. This assembly comprises needle rollers with exceptionally high accuracy and a specially designed cage, making it suitable for use in confined spaces alongside shafts and housings. Recommended specifications for the shaft and housing include a surface finish of 0.2 mRa or less and a hardness rating between HRC 58 and 64; lower surface hardness may result in reduced load ratings compared to the specified values.
