Used for insulating and housing 30.5-mm or 22.5-mm pushbuttons in hostile environments, QLINE™ D enclosures feature contoured bodies with flush cover screws for an attractive, contemporary appearance. The enclosures are constructed from high-impact polycarbonate material for both the body and cover, which can be easily punched, drilled, filed, or sawed. They have straight side walls that permit ganging of multiple enclosures and are equipped with cross-point captivated cover screws made of stainless steel. The mounting holes are molded directly adjacent to the cover screws, and cover screws are protected by removable caps that are both aesthetic and provide tamper resistance. Additionally, the enclosures include molded internal pads for mounting optional panels, rails, or other components. A seamless foam-in-place gasket ensures a water-tight and dust-tight seal, with screws provided for mounting optional panels and mounting hardware furnished. The material used is halogen-free.
