The IKO machined type needle roller bearing features a solid outer ring, rollers, and a retainer, designed without an inner ring. These bearings have a low sectional height, substantial load ratings, and high rigidity, with many models equipped with seals. Prepacked lubricant is generally not included, except for double sealed bearings designated with the suffix UU, in which case proper lubricant must be applied during use. These needle roller bearings are typically utilized on shafts that lack inner rings, with a recommended shaft surface finish of 0.2MRA or lower and a hardness of HRC 58 to 64. If these specifications cannot be met, the use of IKO inner rings is advised.
