The IKO needle roller cage assembly features a 55mm bore, 61mm outer diameter, and 20mm width, constructed from a steel cage material. This assembly comprises needle rollers with extremely high accuracy and a specially designed cage, making it suitable for use in limited spaces when combined with shafts and housings. For optimal performance, a surface finish of 0.2mRa or less and a hardness of HRC 58 to 64 are recommended for the shaft and housing; lower surface hardness may reduce load ratings below specified values. The lightweight and high rigidity of this design, combined with its lubricant holding capability, enable it to withstand severe operating conditions, including high speeds and shock loads.
