Iko machined type needle roller bearings (RNAF & RNAFW) consist of an outer ring, inner ring, and separable cage, without an inner ring. Available in single row (RNAF) and double row (RNAFW) configurations, both types maintain the same sectional heights. These bearings are engineered for mass-production high accuracy applications such as machine tools, textile machinery, and printing machines. Since they do not come with prepacked lubricant, proper lubrication must be applied during use. Typically, machined type needle roller bearings are intended for use with shafts that lack inner rings, and it is advisable to maintain a shaft surface finish of 0.2MRA or less along with a shaft hardness of HRC 58 to 64. If these conditions cannot be met, the utilization of Iko inner rings is recommended.
