NeatHeat baseboard front cover is constructed from polymer, with end caps made of ABS plastic, providing durability and a melt-proof design up to approximately 460 degrees F. This product is specifically designed for use with hot water baseboard heaters and is not intended for use with electric baseboard heat. The installation process is user-friendly, allowing for simple and quick installation without the need for special tools, as it snaps over existing baseboard heaters. NeatHeat is compatible with 7-7/8" baseboard sizes and can be used with common brands such as Slant Fin Series #15, #30, and #2000, Sterling Series Petite 7, Suntech, and Weil McLain, but it is advisable to verify measurements for compatibility with specific heater models. For lengths exceeding 6 feet (72 inches), additional sections of NeatHeat should be joined using an optional splice part. The design eliminates sharp edges, enhancing safety by protecting against accidental contact with the fins inside the heater. NeatHeat will not rust or require replacement, ensuring long-term use.
