Qline™ D enclosures, available in polycarbonate (PCD series) and ABS (ABD series), feature contoured bodies with flush cover screws that provide an attractive and contemporary appearance. Designed to be both tough and stylish, these enclosures are functional in corrosive environments and can withstand occasional submersion. The PCD series is constructed from impact-resistant polycarbonate, while the ABD series utilizes ABS, which offers a more economical, non-UL rated alternative. Both series feature opaque and clear covers made from the respective materials, ensuring durability. The polycarbonate material can be easily punched, drilled, filed, or sawed, and the straight side walls allow for ganging multiple enclosures. Cross-point captivated cover screws made of stainless steel enhance security, and mounting holes are molded directly adjacent to the cover screws for convenience. The cover screws are protected by removable aesthetic caps, providing tamper resistance. Internal molded pads facilitate the mounting of optional panels, rails, and other components, while both the body and cover include a panel mounting feature. A seamless foam-in-place gasket guarantees a water-tight and dust-tight seal, and screws are provided for mounting optional panels. Additionally, the material used in these enclosures is halogen-free, making them suitable for a variety of applications.
