Medium-size QLINE™ E polycarbonate EMC enclosures feature contoured bodies and flush cover screws, providing an attractive, contemporary appearance while ensuring EMC protection in corrosive environments. The body is made from impact-resistant polycarbonate, and the enclosure includes an EMC conductive coating in both the base and cover. It is equipped with a gasket composed of silver/silicone, and the mounting holes are molded directly under the cover screws, with screws provided for the mounting of optional panels. The polycarbonate material is easily punched, drilled, filed, or sawed, and the cross-point flush cover screws made of strong, durable polyamide enhance the enclosure's durability. Additionally, the design features mounting tracks along the body side walls for PC card installation and molded internal pads for mounting optional panels, rails, and other components.
