Used for insulating and housing 30.5-mm or 22.5-mm pushbuttons in hostile environments, QLINE™ D enclosures feature high-impact polycarbonate material for both the body and cover, which can easily be punched, drilled, filed, or sawed. The enclosures have contoured bodies with flush cover screws for an attractive, contemporary appearance, and the straight side walls allow for ganging of multiple enclosures. The cover screws are made of stainless steel and are cross-point captivated, while mounting holes are molded directly adjacent to the cover screws. To enhance aesthetics and tamper resistance, cover screws are protected by removable caps. Internal pads are molded for mounting optional panels, rails, or other components, and the seamless foam-in-place gasket ensures a water-tight and dust-tight seal. Additionally, screws for mounting the optional panel and mounting hardware are included. The material used is halogen-free.
